6th ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT
The Marquette Area Jaycees
Held the Third Annual Jaycees Easter Egg Hunt Saturday,
April 10th at The Marquette Children's Museum Starting
at 9:00 a.m.
The event was FREE to kids and will
started at 9:00 a.m. and ended when all the eggs/candy
were found. We sent the kids out in different age groups
to search for over 5000 eggs in different sections of
the museum. Also scheduled was a coloring contest courtesy
of Snyder Drugs. Many parents brought their cameras to
get pictures taken with the Easter Bunny.
Our event had over 300 kids and parents
in attendance this year and gained exposure in the Mining
Journal
and on TV-6.
We would like to thank our cosponsors
for this event. The Marquette Children's Museum, Super
